Customer service was horrible. When you buy a car in a competitive market. Customer service is often what sets dealerships apart. The service department at Frontier have no clue how to treat customers
No detailed report provided. Supposedly they lubricated the door hinges but there was no evidence of that.
All light bulbs were installed incorrectly, low and high beam bulbs, no care was taken beams on all lights were off and beams would light up to the sides and high beam pointed upwards and I paid $139.00 Labor a great inconvenience and was also stopped by a Highway Patrol because the beams were not beaming correctly as required my law.
It was bad! Staff is negligent coupled with terrible service. I mean come on, forgot to update my computer chip, really? Save yourself the time and headaches. Go anywhere else!
Worst customer service and a total disgust of a service department. Service advisor Miguel is beyond rude, unprofessional and a complete disgust. Dont make any vehicle purchases here, not worth your money nor your time. Certainly dont purchase their service packages theyre a complete scam and rob.
Frontier Ford's inspection said my car's brakes were fine when actuallt they were badly worn. The replaced an oxygen sensor but that didn't fix the problem. They then simply reset the "Check Engine Light" so it temporary went off. Within a few miles it is back on again. Pepboys found that the problem was actually in the PCM sensor. Frontier Ford did not even call or text to say when the car was ready to pick up. Really rotton high-priced service.
Bryan Nguyen had ordered a part for my car to repair an issue with my seat cooler and told me it would be there in a week. I never heard back from him. When I called to check on it a month later he tells me It just came in yesterday. So, I dropped off my car in the morning. When I called in the afternoon to check on it he then tells me they need another part to finish the repair. In the end, I brought my car in that day for nothing. He didnt communicate well as I had to always call him to follow up.
Horrible serviceadvisor Miguel ignored my extended warranty which I bought it at the time of purchase of the car back in 1/2020, he pretended that he did not even know that I have the extended warranty and go ahead charging $374.95 for replacement of manufacture defective fuel hose. The crazy thing is that I have to pay for the part and repair cost of $374.95 which I shouldnt have to. I will never buy a Ford again.
Sub par work. Mechanics are not professional, leave oil all over the engine and undercarriage
