Overpriced. Plus they send you email follow ups asking for either a 5-star rating OR to send them an email... to which they don't reply. So, I'd say 1-star is pretty accurate. Do your research online when you have a check engine light and chose the repair shop wisely.

Poor service, no follow up on status, took 2 weeks for 5 day recall and warranty work.

Worst experience to date. Extremely unprofessional service department (manager and front desk service advisor especially). They are hostile and know it alls; kicked me and my boyfriend out simply for expressing our frustration with the poor service. Ive had to come back for the SAME issue over 5 times back to back and it is still not resolved! I will be taking my car to a different location to see if they are more competent in fixing the issue. Will never buy a Ford again in my life.

After taking the car for service, start making a new sound that dont sound pretty good so we have to take her back to have them check again.

My experience was horrible. I brought the car in several months ago (June) to get the lock/unlock button fixed. I received a call back then that the car was ready only to find out your team ordered the wrong part. Then I was told to bring it back only to experience the same issue. 3 months later you finally got the part. I asked for ZACTECH which I only received on exterior. I know I purchased interior ZACTECH as well but it was not done. Horrible service. Will share to social media and yelp
