They charged me $260 to check a very simple leak took less than an hour. Then I got an invoice for $1700 just to change the water pump. I paid the $260, took it two blocks over and got the water pump changed for $500.
Absolutely awful experience. Sales team is about as sleazy as they come. Just taking advantage of the typical passive Bay Area buyer with more money than sense
It was one error after another with this dealer. I even had to find my own part (easily) after they told me it was nowhere to be found. Then they dropped the ball again and didn't follow through so it took a week for the part to be shipped. They had my car a month when it should have taken no longer than a week. This time with great sadness, I can say that it was horrible.
i bought the tire protection plan. Its not worth it of you have a nail in your tire you have to make an appointment then wait 4 hrs to get it fixed. go to wheel werks and get it fixed in 20 min. don't but the protection plan. They should have a quick service to handle this kind of problem.
Service was subpar. Service desk technician struggled to explain what the issues were and why the repair was so costly. The first repair did not fix the problem, but I was still charged for it. The most disappointing issue was the process for approving the service. It was done by text to an online link which lacked detail of the service needed.
Unorganized, no check in system, took 35 minutes to checkin
