Best experience buying a car and Customer experience ever. If you want to go buy a car these amazing people at Nissan truly care. Ask for Shane Lawson sales consultant and Maria kirkman customer relations manager.

Today went into the dealership to get a tire issue addressed, had a nail in the tire. First thing they asked is if I had an appointment? No appointment made, saw the nail and drove right over to get it fixed! Was told it would take a few hour minimum because I didn't have an appointment. To be honest this pissed me off, who purchases and road warranty on there tires thing oh I have a flat tire I need to make an appointment to get it fixed? Roseville Nissan has always been my favorite Service center. Hector was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. And the video that I received from the mechanic was outstanding.

My customer service representative Logan greeted me and walked me through the process. He offered me a beverage and let me know my options. The wait time was not long. The waiting area was equipped with amenities. My wait was not long. when my vehicle was ready Logan came over and explained the next steps that were needed. Then I signed and was back on the road in no time at all. Thank Logan and Nissan of Roseville.

Went here to have a Berliner installed on a truck I recently bought. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and the Berliner looks great. Easy to work with and very friendly staff.

very good -- personable, knowledgeable service mgr, but poor fulfillment on the details: forgot to recharge the EV (in spite of being specifically requested & reminded and did not fill the washer fluid.
