Gabb, get it together and fix your service. We have a gabb watch 3e. nothing works most of the time. weve been a customer for at least a couple years. the service altogether has been intermittent at best. always has service issues during the time of year when school starts. gps tracking and the battery stats syncing to the parent app dont work 90% of the time. turning off the watch and turning it back on is not a feasible solution.

I updated the app to the latest version due to the warning that my current app won't work after certain date in September. After updating the app my kid's device got unpaired, and I still haven't been able to pair it to the app. Contacted customer service 2 different times and tried all the troubleshooting method given to us but the device is still not paired to the app. Very frustrating.

"Update" is terrible! Location does not refresh in a timely manner, so it is now useless for tracking my kiddos' locations while they are on the bus. Please bring back Live Tracking! That feature was nearly perfect and exactly what we needed. Without it, the app is borderline useless, and we will be canceling our Gabb service as soon as our contract is up. Had I known this was coming, I would have never signed a 2 year agreement!

This is exhausting. I just got a new watch phone for one of my kids. I can't connect it to my app on my phone because the app has bugs (the notification I get). When I went to get help, they were not very helpful and just kept having me do the same thing over and over as if that would fix the issue. Not only did it not fix the issue, it disconnected my other device. Gabb seemed to work better a year ago, so I'm not sure what's going on, but it makes me not want to recommend gabb to anyone.

We've had constant problems with Gabb watch 3e. Even with the previous generation, I have never found this software to be simple or intuitive to use. Frequent issues with the watch's ability to turn on, connect to service, receive messages, etc etc. The customer service response is lackluster at best. After a month of convos with them, I finally got a replacement watch that ALSO DOES NOT WORK. I cannot recommend Gabb to anyone!

app updated and now all settings are gone. I had to re-add my child's phone but can't add any contacts so the phone is useless. so frustrating!
