Location/Tracking/GPS on the Gabb 4 Pro literally hasn't worked properly for over a year now. App updates aren't fixing it, restarting the device doesn't fix it, nothing! I ultimately ended up having to get an smart tag/air tag to track where my child is. Also, the messenger is only showing me flagged messages every once in a while. I have to manually check for them because the app notifications are inconsistent. We've had this company for years for my child but now I'm starting to reconsider.

Terrible. I get double notifications that I cant stop or turn off and the app only works half the time, if that. A month later and the fix was only temporary. My experience with mygabb can only be described as extremely frustrating. Here we are, 1 week later, and im having the same problem all over again. Every experience is like groundhog day. I have to constantly reset and restart every month. Its not worth the headache! 10/18: Another issue. Customer service advice was buy a new watch.

more problems now than when I got this three years ago. maps hardly ever work. now I can't hardly update the kids location and the bell won't ring on either kids phone. the support button is a joke. I pay more for these phones than my wife and I and I can't even call the kids phones half the times. I get a call from other parents at school functions when they need picked up since the gabb phone won't make a call.

Two years of pain and suffering, every time we pray it will turn on and not lose registration when our kid goes back home from school. Now the watch would not register at all 🤦. UPDATE: Gabb contacted me and let me out of the contract without early termination fees, giving one star back for that, but unfortunately it doesn't make the product worth buying.

We just got the watch yesterday and while the task approval was delayed after my child completed something on his watch, now it's not showing up to approve on the parent app at all so he will not get coins. I contacted Gabb, reset the watch, logged out of the app, deleted the tasks and added them back in, nothing! This issue needs fixed ASAP or else this was pointless to get.

I'm getting know where after creating an account. Im so frustrated asking to resend code and after 20 minutes I have not received anything!!!!! I would not recommend this phone/app to family or friends.
