Almost up with the 2 year contract and will not be renewing. Fixes and troubleshooting instructions on the website have gotten better, but the disruptions in service and usability of the watch are not worth it.

a failure of an app, refuses to locate my daughters phone, even when she is right next to me, instead I get a message that her phone may be in a low service area (lie) or her battery is low (lie). Funny how it is never THEIR fault. if this isn't fixed soon,then Gabb serves no purpose and I will find more reliable service elsewhere

EDIT: 8/26/25 Still does not show location in real time. Right now, shows location in different place than where she is for the last hour and hasn't even been. EDIT: Did factory reset per tech support. Still having issues! Since the update, nothing but problems. Overheats w/out doing anything. Turns off & on for no reason. GPS slow to track accurately. When it restarts, everything is gone. I've unpaired/re-paired and done hard reset. Very disappointed. Ridiculous. Should have gone with Bark.

The app sucks. I get double notifications for everything, and there's no way to approve the tasks I've assigned to my kid.

New watch and new app update a while ago. But it's back to not syncing her location. And we've restarted it. I don't want a factory reset yet since she loves her pets. super annoying after you've had a watch more than a year.

Worst app and service I've ever dealt with. There's always an "update" being done that doesn't make the app work any better. It's always crashing, never saving info that's being edited. I've been trying to activate my son's phone since Wed afternoon with no success. The chat agent wasn't any help and claimed that I needed to wait another 24hrs. The chat agents seem to also have issues on their ends and can't help or are not knowledgeable. I will be cancelling my service! *Autogenerated response

loved the old app...do not love this version. it does not update the location.

Guardian unable to use the app despite working with IT numerous times over a few months period. Their solution was to say sorry and log in with the only working guardian account. Now not only does App STILL not work for first Guardian, but second Guardian now cannot get app to stay open. It immediately closes and says there is a bug. At first I wanted to like this watch/app but it is unreliable. I do not recommend. Update: Gabb let me out of contract. Added a star for that.
