It was working great previously, but now all the extra features have stopped working. I can't assign tasks. I can't turn off focus mode. I get 2 notifications every time instead of one.

will not sync to my kids watch... over and over no matter how you attempt to enter watch data... it brings me back to same page... glitch city

watch GPS is to refresh every 15mins. Hasn't refreshed in over 24hours. this happens consistently. defeats the purpose of paying for the service. I have warranty and can pay more $ to get new watch but no guarantee that will work. I have had to factory reset the device twice since January 2025. very frustrating to be in contract for something that doesn't work as advertised with ZERO solution. customer service was zero help! do not use gabb for tracking purposes

I had to update the app and then couldn't be added as a Guardian and lost my daughter's device pairing until I reinstalled the app. We have had to replace the watch twice as well. Tracking the location rarely updates anymore as well, and when it does, it takes forever. I have lost faith in this product because I am increasingly convinced if we ever truly need it to work, it won't.

gps is important and it doesn't work correctly. it's very frustrating to need to know where they are and gps gives a worthless address

Tasks don't sync, I can't approve when my child completes one. Very frustrating as this task and pet app feature is why we got the watch.

The parent app has been nothing but a pain in the rear, to put it mildly. I've had the phone for 3 days and the parent app (My gabb) is so horrible that it makes the child's phone operation mediocre. App is laggy, hard to use, constantly glitching, never does what it says. I tried uninstalling but nothing is better. Looking at these comments everyone else is having the same issues. I might need to switch to a competitor since it doesn't seem Gabb is trying to resolve its problems.

I guess when updates come up, always logging my wife and I off the app, and having to now update account and need IME/SN from back of box which we threw away months ago. Daughter is at a friends and we were going to see if she was there and her phone is not connected to the app. So useless! This app and phone is a pain at times! Also the kids find ways around the security. They can call a friend and have the friend do 3-Way, and also have friends to send pictures to them off the internet. Ughh!
