11-6-2025 Tracking is non existent. The tracking says the phone is at home 100% of the time. POINTLESS. 3-1-2025 Just ok. The theory is good but the tracking lags and isn't spot on. Recently, about the last week, my daughter can't look at her pictures! Her gallery opens and then it promptly shuts. Rrrrrrr!

The app is awful and keeps getting worse on my (parent) phone. The entire operation of my kid's phone - purchased directly from the Gabb website 3 years ago - is abysmal as well. The main function for which I chose this phone was for the on-board tracking. Today I can't get it to connect with a refresh, made more frustrating because my child had transportation issues after school. My family will be looking for other options as the entire Gabb system is effectively useless for our needs

My daughter has the watch and I use it for just making sure she is safe when not with her family. The location updates are absolutely infuriating! They never update in a timely manner, they never update when I request it or refresh. It scares me to think if I ever really needed this to find her! I know she has service in these situations too because she has no problem texting me back when I try to see if it's a service issue. I did a 2 year contract but I will not be renewing!

it worked well for a couple of days. location is not working now. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and signed out, signed in all for nothing. I get messages that the problem is sent to our team. A new try is sent in a few days. Never a fix. The child with this phone is not safe because the phone does not do what was promised.

GPS only works part of the time. It will work one day, then the next not. It is not like our child is traveling the US. They simply go back and forth from school. I've already left several Application Feedback reports from within the Gabb app.

I hate to say it, but this app really isn't good. I thought I was paying for close to real time gps. It seems it feel like it's in a beta stage and not a real roll out. Needless to say I'm disappointed at best. Maybe the app needs a major update.

locate feature isn't working. won't refresh. just shows location from 13 hours ago. defeats one of the main purposes of having a gabb phone.

Always disappointed with the performance of this app and phone. Service is spotty, the tracker doesn't update regularly enough. sometimes over 20 minutes and my child is in a completely different location. GPS isn't limited to cell towers, so I blame the phone and the app.
