I used Garden State Loans to refinance my home in March of 2013. I worked with both Justin and Anthony at Garden State Loans they were both very knowledgeable and also very patient. They took the time to go through the mortgage documents until my wife and both understood the numbers and what they meant which I have found is a rarity in the mortgage business. Phenomenal! Outstanding! Even better than advertised! Can I give them ten stars? They deserve it. Buying a home is an extremely perilous and stressful process. Excellent service, closed in approx 20 days. I selected the no closing cost option which made sense for me and is just an excellent value, I lowered my interest signifigantly while absorbing no real out of pocket costs, really a no lose situation, wish I heard of Garden State and this option earlier when rates were even lower

Worked with Justin and got a great rate. We applied and were able to close very quickly. Whenever I had questions, Justin and his team were quick to respond. The appraiser and the agent who serviced and notarized the paperwork were all very professional and were able to answer all of our questions. Would highly recommend going with Garden State Home Loans.

So let’s be honest nobody reads long reviews, so here’s my review in a few points. 1. GSHL turned out to be one of the best financial dealings I have ever incurred in my life.2. We had to refinance the loan and change the primary owner of the home. This is my first time being a home owner and these guys were extremely helpful. They contacted us to send them all the documents, including all the financial information. We did very little to no work in compiling all the data. Lisa Celentano worked closely with me through the entire process and was consistently efficient, proactive, polite and patient with me. She took great initiative and returned emails after hours and on weekends.
