Garden State Home Loan is absolutely a pleasure to do business with. I worked with Anthony Casa, and Michael Pearlman. They were both extremely responsive, quick to respond to my calls and emails. I got exactly what I was initially quoted, the loan closed on time. I even recommended a friend to them. I will most definitely call them first if/when I have mortgage needs again.

Anthony and his team were extremely helpful throughout our entire home purchasing process. Besides providing a great mortgage rate, he explained all aspects of the mortgage in detail and answered all of my questions in a prompt matter. He was always responsive to both email and phone communications. I would highly recommend Anthony and garden state home loans.

We used Garden State Loans to get an FHA loan to purchase a short sale house. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when the seller's bank kept switching closing dates. They took the time to explain the process which was very thoughtful since this was the first home we purchased. We highly recommend Garden State Loans.

Garden State Loans ended up being even better than advertised! Having gone through the process before, I was amazed at how simple and easy GSL made it to secure my home loan. The customer service is second to none, with a friendly staff that is extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I have had a wonderful experience dealing Garden State Home Loans, Inc. for refinancing of my home loan. Anthony is a very professional and knowledgeable person. The whole process was completely stress free and very smooth. I did not have to go over the stuff more than once with him. I am very impressed and I would recommend them to anyone who I come across. I have dealt with many mortgage brokers and this was the very best experience. God bless.

We went through a refinance. Everyone of staff was extremely responsive and thorough. They were knowledgable and made the process easy and quick. The entire process took no more than 21 days. We would highly recommend using Garden State Loans.

Anthony and his team provided the best experience possible. Extremely responsive and understanding of what is needed, Anthony over performed. I would highly recommend this company. Every time I contacted Anthony I was able to speak with him which was very helpful and responsive. He was able to help us through the re-finance process seamlessly and made the overall experience very positive.

Anthony was very prompt and professional throughout the entire refinancing transaction. Not only was his mortgage refinancing quote the cheapest in the market, but He made the overall experience very easy. He was always prompt in his responses and available for any questions.
