Garden State Loans was always responsive and helpful to all of mortgage questions. My lending officer Michael was fantastic and their processor Brandi was specific and detailed in letting me know what I had to submit for my mortgage. They made the buying process a lot less stressful.

From 2006 to 2012, I have done four house/apartment purchases and four re-financings with either Bank of America or Wells Fargo. In all eight cases, there were certain individuals which were helpful, to be sure. However, there was always a weak link in the mortgage experience, be it the person who I dealt with initially, the loan specialist or the processor. I spent ALOT of time shopping around for a home loan, I was in the market to purchase a home for over a year. During that period of time rates went up about 1%, so when i finally found a home, I wanted to get the best rate i could. I have been working with Norm Tomasello since August 2013 with my home buying process. Since the first phone call I received from him he has been nothing but helpful, informative and supportive throughout this confusing process.
