I initially found GSHL through Bankrate.com as they were advertising the best terms for a VA jumbo IRRRL refinance loan. Their advertised rate and terms were exactly what I got with no surprises from initial phone call all the way through closing. I spent ALOT of time shopping around for a home loan, I was in the market to purchase a home for over a year. During that period of time rates went up about 1%, so when i finally found a home, I wanted to get the best rate i could. Impeccable service and attention to detail! Anthony's personal touch is what sets him above the rest. He personally kept us informed on the status of the refinance every day. When an issue arose with an external party, Anthony eagerly worked with them to fix it and keep the refinance on track. He made the process easy and seamless for us. Very knowledgable, professional, and hard-working team. I used GSHL for a VA home loan purchase, and later on for a refinance of two houses. They did an excellent job, got me a great rate, and very very attentive to my needs. The did a superb job fielding all of my questions and worked tirelessly to close each of the mortgages on time and without flaw. I would highly recommend GSHL!!!

I was referred to Garden State by my realtor, Garden State offered the best rate by far. Michael was very thorough in explaining everything and was always available for my questions and concerns, on the rare times he was not available he would get back to me within minutes. I was able to close quickly with no issues. I highly recommend Garden State Loans not only for the low rate but the excellent customer service they provide.

We recently purchased a home in Voorhees, NJ through Garden State Home Loans. We found them through the Better Business Bureau and picked them because they were a local NJ base company, had an A rating, and were an Accredited business all things we really were focused on before making our decision. We compared the rates from our realtors mortgage guy against Garden State and it wasn't even close. Garden State Home Loans had a much lower rate and there were no bank fees. I was looking for refinancing my 15 year loan and had approached GSHL for their solutions. I was in touch with Justin and he offered me a very good rate when compared to other vendors. Once i decided on Garden State, I worked with Lisa and Brandi on the loan and the whole process was very smooth. They were responsive to my questions and the whole process was completed in under 3 weeks. The terms in the final HUD was exactly what was agreed earlier with no hidden charges. I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome company type work with. I was worried at first cause there are a lot of fly by night companies trying to get your business with empty promises. Garden State delivered on all promises. Very happy with my decision.
