Everyone at Garden State Home Loan, especially Anthony Casa, was amazing during the entire process. Not only did I get a very competitive rate with various advantages, but the team was always available to answer questions and ensure my closing went as smooth as possible. There were various issues that arose as a result of my builder, and Anthony and team were always around to follow-up on issues and documentation. I honestly can't say enough about the customer experience - and I am a stickler for that stuff. I would definite... read more

Anthony is quite frankly one of the best in the business and is clearly a client comes first broker . I bid out my refi to several mortgage brokers and Anthony was the quickest to respond , had the lowest closing costs ( by far ) and put me in a program that was definitely the best for me ( he provided me 4 options. ) not to mention the rate he got me was .25 less than the other brokers . I disclosed the deal / terms Anthony quoted me to the other brokers and they were in awe of my refi terms . For NJ at least he is the best... read more

This being the purchase of my first home, I now know how important it is to work with good people you can trust. Initially, I was working with a different lender, and everything was fine up until before closing. Conditions "suddenly" began to change, rates "suddenly" began to change, points, fees, esc. Hesitantly, I left my previous lender, and only 2 weeks before closing I started working with Anthony Casa. He assured me he could put everything together, and get me closed on time. He certainly delivered! Better rate, better... read more

I was dissatisfied with the way another lender was treating my refinance, especially when they mentioned that a 7,000 difference I repeatedly asked them about was just a "mistake" made by the agent. What made it worse was that I had confirmed what the numbers should be 4 times with them, and was told that I was correct and that I should be more trusting. After giving the other lender an opportunity to make things right, I was told that I had to either cancel the loan or move forward. I contacted Anthony and his team to see w... read more

I happen to be an attorney although I do not practice real estate law. I found out about Garden State by searching on line and deciding to call them based on their advertised rates and their apparent low rates. As everyone knows, there is always the concern that the actual rates and promised fees might not match what is eventually delivered. Here, with Garden State, they delivered what they promised. I found that they were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process of gathering my financials to get my re-f... read more

We recently purchased a home in Voorhees, NJ through Garden State Home Loans. We found them through the Better Business Bureau and picked them because they were a local NJ base company, had an A rating, and were an Accredited business all things we really were focused on before making our decision. We comped the rates from our realtors mortgage guy against Garden State and it wasn't even close. Garden State Home Loans has a much lower rate and there were no bank fees. The process went smoothly, the loan closed on time, and w... read more

Garden State Loans and Justin DeJoseph were simply a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, knowledgeable and thorough would best describe my overall experience. I received immediate responses to all of my inquiries even late at night. They care about their customers and also happen to have some of the most competitive rates around! I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Great company to work with and would definitely recommend them. I found Garden State Loans through a Google search and from the first contact with Justin he was knowledgable, professional and informative. My re-finance was quick and painless, and the fees were very reasonable.

Garden State Home Loans were simply the best! They delivered on everything, i closed on my loan faster than they told me i would. The fees were lower, and the rate was better than the initial quote. The entire team at GSHL helped me close my refinance in 2 weeks from start to finish. Prior to that i was workign with my current lender, who was over 1 month into the process. I recommend Justin and his team to everyone that is looking to refinance or purhcase a home.
