I would like to personally & strongly recommend the mortgaging brokering services of Garden State Home Loans, and in particular our agent Norm Tomasello. I must say that Norm & his team were absolutely fantastic to deal with, was available 24-hours a day and always explained everything in terms that we could understand (without ever making us feel stupid for asking!!). It was just a pleasure dealing with him from Day 1.

Anthony and his team helped and explained every step of the va loan process which was an immense help. We got the va loan completed about 3-4 weeks. Thank you so much! We are so happy at our house.

I am a first time home buyer. I was speaking with few banks and lenders while shopping for mortgage and finally ended up with Garden state loans after my friend recommended. I should say I am pretty happy that I choose GSL and Anthony Casa is very knowledgable. The whole loan process pretty much went smooth and Anthony was able to give a good deal on interest rates too. Ted was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, advise me on my best moves, etc. This was important for me as this was our first experience with buying a home.We ended up with a great rate and a great experience in general, and the settlement went very smoothly.
