After spending two months fighting with my mortgage company on refinancing, I was fed up. They gave me a good rate but coudn't get a subordination letter from my second mortgage company. I had spent quite a bit of time finding a company that I felt was direct and upfront with me. Most of the time I got what I refer to as Mortgage Babble. We can do this and we can do that and quick just sign up, that was all I heard. Until you read between the lines and find the real cost. Well what can I say? Anthony and his team promised a service and followed through on their promises. After trying to refinance with a seemingly-reputable and A-paper bank from February through October, I was forced to back out at the closing due to many changes and differences from the original agreement. Dealing with Garden State loans for my home financing needs was a pleasant experience. You hear of these terrible experiences that folks go through when trying to get a mortgage, but assuming you've got your financials and documents in order, garden state will move as quickly as you provide what they ask. Anthony and team were great to work with. Communication was very clear and up front. I highly recommend them especially if you need to close as soon as possible.
Anthony Casa and Michael Pearlman got me closed in 3 weeks. We had a lot of issues with the bank, lawyers, documentation, and homeowners HOWEVER not one of issues caused Anthony to miss beat. He called me from his home after hours and made sure I closed on time and got what I was expecting. I would and have recommended Garden State Loans to anyone who needs a loan. I recently purchased a property, and financed via Garden State Loans. It was a great experience to work with Anthony and his colleagues. First of all, their quoted rate is among the best. Second, they are responsive and knowledgeable. Most of the time I communicated via emails due to my work environments, and can get the response in couple of minutes.
