Paid for a service,didn't Received a service. . Loose 3 days of work for that reason and my car still doesn't work
I took my Leaf in for a recall notice. The recall was a software update. After waiting almost five hours for the technicians to complete the update I was informed that due to a backlog on Nissan’s internet connection they were unable to complete the update. I would think that for software updates Nissan could do the updates without requiring a visit to a dealership. My service writer was excellent. It was not his fault that the update failed. Nissan needs to learn from Tesla and provide software updates seamlessly.
The worse ever, my review will talk about it. ..thanks for the opportunity in 3 day they didn't do nothing just charge me
I have a noise in my right back wheel they tell me it's supposed to make that noise
Not up front about prices , management wants to get your money doesn't care about presentation of vehicle. Does not keep there word on what features and warranty come on the vehicle . Middle eastern guy from finance was real cool ,everyone else Is full of xx

I took my car in for a noise the people had my car over 5 hours to tell me they don’t hear it clearly very noticeable never taking my car here again
It took 6 hours to fix my key recall. All they did was melt a piece of plastic in the folding mechanism so can’t close my key anymore. 6 hours for that. If it’s an consolation, they were nice though.
