Good evening. Unfortunately, I did encounter a large problem after my car was serviced. My battery was not secured and I only discovered this only when I arrived home, and decided to investigate the source of a new rattling sound. I opened up the hood of my car and found that the battery was completely loose, and none of the arms that secure it in place, were bolted on. Every time I come here, there is deceptive charges that are never fully explained until the bill comes. Also it took 3 hours for a simple diagnostic of a wiring issue with my lights - I asked to not do the 21 step inspection and they did it anyway. My car sat for over 2 hours before my issue was addressed. And $220/hr is excessive.
I bought this car in August. I brought my car in to have the battery checked because I had to get a jump to get the car there. I was told that they would run diagnostics on the car. After some hours I was called to come pick up my car and that everything was fine. The next day the car wont start. I am very disappointed
The car had issues with backup battery and is still not replaced even after 2 weeks
The salesman were rude and liars. They scam you and tack on all kinds of items without explaining them and lie to you and you find out later on that they gave you something that you said you didn’t want.
First of our issue wasn’t resolved, I haven’t come back to this dealer because we had previously had issues with the service department. My mom decided to give them a second chance because it’s the closest location. We went in for an oil change to later get a low oil pressure notification come up. Took it back to get inspected. Got “fixed” now 3 weeks later we are back in there again. Advisor said there is no issue. Put a board under the car so we can see if maybe it’s leaking. I have an Infinit Q50. Over the last 6-7 plus years, Gardena Nissan is the where my car has been serviced for oil changes. The price for the oil change has been consistent until my recent service, the price spiked up $30 dollars. The service rep told me the reason was for the increase was that my vehicle did not bear the Nissan badge. I was shocked to hear this (Infiniti is Nissan) and explained that I have never been charged this much for service. If this remains true I will be going elsewhere.
I have been trying to get my car properly diagnosed, yet they never find anything . I leave the dealer and my car feels as if my brakes are grinding. My dash lights come on for no reason but nothing is wrong. I have pictures and videos yet nothing is enough.
