I recently had a very bad experience at Gardena Nissan. Though the salesperson was friendly, he was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle and offered a lot of conjecture. I can let that slide because of his relatively newly hiring. What I can't get past is the treatment I received from the Internet Sales Director, Mike Novin. Mike was rude, condescending, and borderline dishonest. HORRIBLE!! They said that I needed a major service for my 2011 Nissan Pathfinder. I told them that I was going to the mountains this weekend with my 2 handicapped children and that I needed everything on the car checked out which they said they would do. I got up to the mountains, and the heater which was working, stopped working altogether.....then my low tire light indicator came on, with the same tire that they said they would rotate for me. I went to have my oil changed on my 350Z and the front spoiler was ripped off my vehicle when the mechanic was backing up out of the stall. The front spoiler caught on the lift and ripped off half the spoiler and did damage to the front bumper. Raymond Ward informed me that Brian Brannon would order another spoiler and have it painted and put on the 350Z. Well four weeks passed and after a few phone calls and a email to Brian. I walked out of that place mad of how I was getting treated. These people had no intentions in helping me. They were also disrespectful and arrogant. Anyone trying to purchase a vehicle make sure that you feel comfortable where you are purchasing. Mostly because you will be going back everytime you need an oil change and you don't want to bump into the people that made you uncomfortable. They need better management and work on helping people not just helping themselves.

TERRIBLE Management! Old fashion slick talkers.... rude and abrupt ending from them once we wanted a decent deal! Buyers Beware! They are 100% self serving and do not appear to be on the up and up. Purchased many cars... these dudes are not to be trusted to offer a fair deal.

The worst experience ever!!! This dealership is very shady. They make too many promises, and never did they fulfill. they just seem to make their own rules when it comes to financing, regarless of FICO score!! If you are in the south bay looking for a nissan, head over to carson nissan. they will treat you with respect and dignity. So don't wast your time with these predators, stay away!!!

It was the worst experience ever having to deal with. I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima around June 2011 and I was promised by the salesman and finance manager that they would do everything they can for me and my family to get the best deal on the vehicle. I have no experience in financing a car so, I trusted these guys knew what they were doing. I took my Nissan sentra in for a tire rotation. In the back bay when the car was out of sight, the mechanic unbolted my license plates. He attatched two license plate frames that said "Gardena Nissan" without my permission. I was advertising their bussiness as I was driving around. I complained to the manager and he told me to shut up repeatedly. This probably happens often. I urge potential car buyers to shop elswhere and never buy a car at Gardena Nissan. Lets shut that bussiness down for good.

I dropped the car off because engine shut off when stopping and got a rental car. Advisor said he will call me by 7 but didn't so I called next morning and they still didnt find out the problem and asked about my previous problems with the car. Told I took it in right after I purchased the car and said it might be a lemon. He called back later said brake fuse was missing and accused me of doing something to the car.
