I've been going to this dealership for all my maintenance needs and servicing the car since I bought my car here. On Friday, 2/3/2023 I took my car in for routine maintenance and they did an oil change. At the same time I had an appointment about supposedly lowering my monthly payments but that was bogus and they tried getting me to get a new car but that's for a different review. After waiting for more than an hour when they said the oil change will be done in 45 mins we paid and left. Mind you, we're going to North Hollywo... read more

Shocking customer service from technicians. 2 hour to diagnose problem. Come back tomorrow we’ll order part. 2 hour wait. Sorry we got the wrong part, come back next week. 4 hour wait with no contact from technician boss. Ask for an update. Oh it’s going to be another 4 hours. No apologies. No respect for customers time.

I drive 2018 Nissan Leaf . I went there many times this year but only few times had chance and able to charged my leaf . The employees told me Our own employees are charging Please check back after few hours But the charge station allowed only hour to customers beside their own employees can charge or their own dealer vehicles ? "No Communication - Feels like I've been ripped off" I purchased the maintenance package when I purchased my car. Took car in this past Friday and received terrible service. I explained to the adviser I was traveling to San Diego for my son's birthday and need an oil change. They performed the o change and the adviser never spoke to me, I was only called by the cashier to sign and pick up my car. "Oil change" Better than Torrance Nissan. But, still, service needs to be speeded up: too many managers and not enough workers. Bad show on the TV: TMZ. No hot chocolate for waiters, only coffee. Torrance Nissan has a lot of stuff for waiters (or onky for workers? unclear), but they take 3 hrs for an oil change! Oh, when I got the bill, it showed $45. I used this dealer to repair my Nissan Maxima for approximately 4 years. The work was generally ok but they always had a reason for not having my car ready at the time they agreed. I always had to leave my car. The last time they agreed to have a shuttle pick me up and the shuttle never showed. I had to call an Uber to do what they had agreed to do. I can not use this dealer.

Took them two hours to tell me they were going to have a meeting before they could do my oil change, when I told them I just wanted to go ahead and leave they told me they misplaced my car keys. It took them 30 minutes to find them.

Worked with Mohammad, had the worst experience I've ever had at a Car Dealership. One of the most dierespectfil men at that Dealership. Offended my father multiple times and talked a lot of rude garbage. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. There are many other Nisssan Dealers nearby with a lot better services.
