Tried to add additional warranty that was completely unnecessary because it already had 100,000 mile warranty already try to change the APR twice after it was agreed as a certain amount that’s not responding to emails for updated contract without the unnecessary warranty. Car was overpriced.. The only positive is I was approved for financing

They had my hopes so high. Then decided I needed more money. They would only give me 1000 for my trade. I would never go back and never recommend anyone

Went in for a repair and was told that it would cost 2500 for the repair. They called me several days later saying the repair is now 3600. They claim they got the wrong part and the new part is more expensive. The first part cost 357 and the new part 2684. Decided not to get the repair, as the part could be bought at other dealerships for 1600. They lied about the price of the part

They told me it was gonna take an hour, but they took them 2 1/2 hours

If I could’ve put 0 I would’ve. I went for an oil change & had to wait 4 hours or more & it wasn’t busy. Customer service sucked there was no communication at all.

Unhappy with service. Alignment needs to be re-worked and done over. Will take back.

Every thing was fixed but i had to come back twice due to the person forgot one main issue that i told him to check for. Also therr was oil one the floor and seats they did not use the paper and plastic covers.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING IN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. FULL OF SCAMMER AND DECEIVE. THEY WILL POST A CAR SO CHEAP IN THEIR WEBSITE TO GET YOU COME IN PERSON JUST TO FIND OUT IT NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ALSO, DONT EVER TRY TO TRADE IN YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS IF YOU OKAY WITH AN "INSULT" OFFER. I'm was looking at their black friday deal on their website and a car caught my eyes (Hyundai).
