I recently visited the Gastonia Nissan dealership to address a warranty payoff issue after my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen back in April. Despite never being notified by the dealership that I needed to contact them for this payment, I only became aware of the situation because my gap insurance informed me that the dealership should have processed it by now, which they had not.
