I’ve only had my car little over a year already needing tires now it’s a little rogue. $675 for tires and wanted to do a $1000 matience on it. Gezz I’m still making payments

My bluetooth lost it’s connection to my IPhone and would not reconnect. Called the service department and they said bring it in and we will check it. I told them I had a 100,000 mile electronics warranty, which I paid over $2500. Service Advisor said “if” it is covered, there would be a $100 deductible. Otherwise it would be $139 for the technicians time. Advisor said since they weren’t replacing any parts, they would reprogram the Bluetooth and it wouldn’t be covered by warranty. If there was a way to put NO stars I would. This place is full of scam artists. They cheat their employees out of money so I can only imagine what they do to their customers!! Buyers beware and don’t even THINK about working there. Your family will starve to death and you’ll be damn near homeless. PATHETIC excuse for a dealership. This place needs to be shut down!!

I won’t say one star, but I am very disappointed by the service dept. I’m going to pick my car up later, hopefully they can redeem themselves!...... so I went to pick up my car and they were very apologetic and made sure I was taken care of. Much better!!! I increased my rating from a 2 to a 4.

Nissan of Gastonia sold me a car last year. I needed a car because my engine went out. It wasnt a car that I wanted & they told me after showing I can pay on time I can come back and they will finance me in house i believe. promised i would be able to get a car that i wanted and better rates with no money down, just trading in the car. so now that i have proven i had made every payment on time i am learning that information was false. I can't believe they sent me home in a 2017 car, contract signed... 2! Because I switched colors. Let me drive around for over 14 days then called me back in the middle of my work week asking to bring the car back. I felt embarrassed and tricked. I will NOT recommend Anyone to them. *sorry ~Not Sorry. Thank the Good Lord for allowing me to still be able to SWERVE!!!! And the men that sold me the car. Cause there were a few... *sighs*
