This review specifically reflects the service department’s way of handling things, primarily Andrew Fesko (service advisor). If a 0 were an option it would absolutely apply. I will provide some back story on this matter: Originally I took my vehicle in due to issues with the transmission and because every warning light was blinking at the same time, and this was sometime in April. Went in for oil change asked to see why check engine light was on, Have 150,000 warranty on Truck only has 48,000 and said it would be $165,00 to check see why lite was on, So guess we just wait till something Blows to figure it out! Really concerned bought rotating the tires, and changing air filters, but not the check engine light!

I went it with a tire with a slow leak. They put my tire through all of the tests and could not locate the leak. I took it to a tire repair business today, Momentum Car Care where they replaced an old plug and sealed the tire on the inside...$26.00!

Ladies, Don't go to Nissan for repairs unless you can afford being scammed out of all your money. They all about finances here. Their customer service satisfactory. Charge you more for the work done.

have spent over $10,000 in the last several months. Every time they tell me my truck is fixed 2 weeks later back to dealership. Every time the repair is over $1500.00. For the amount of money I have spent could have had new engine. Truck still not fixed. trying to find someone to fix my truck. they also told me I need new differential. price was $6000.00 Took truck to transmission shop they fixed differential $60.00. Wonder how many people are being taken advantage of. Sad. Sorry way to take care of customers

Let me start off with I purchased my vehicle brand new and no issues with the purchase of my vehicle. It wasn't until owning, servicing and have paid off my vehicle that I began to have trouble.
