Nissan of Gastonia sold me a car last year. I needed a car because my engine went out. It wasnt a car that I wanted & they told me after showing I can pay on time I can come back and they will finance me in house i believe. promised i would be able to get a car that i wanted and better rates with no money down, just trading in the car. so now that i have proven i had made every payment on time i am learning that information was false. Nissan of Gastonia sold me a car last year. I needed a car because my engine went out. I can't believe they sent me home in a 2017 car, contract signed... 2! Because I switched colors. Let me drive around for over 14 days then called me back in the middle of my work week asking to bring the car back. I felt embarrassed and tricked. I will NOT recommend Anyone to them. *sorry ~Not Sorry. Thank the Good Lord for allowing me to still be able to SWERVE!!!! And the men that sold me the car. Cause there were a few... *sighs*

Let me just warn everyone wanting to get a nissan. I bought my car back in July! The gear shifter has been sticking for over a month. I went to get my oil changed and told them about my problem. Did they fix it even though im still under warranty? Nope. I was told that i was no longer under warranty. Which is false, bought the car in july!!!!! So my grandmother emails the manager and copies me into the email. And guess what!? We never got a reply. These people only give a damn when you are still shopping. Once you sign over ... read more

Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder about a month ago from Nissan Gastonia. The sales guy was friendly; however, I felt like he was not engaged. It felt like all he wanted was to sale and move on. Had I not been looking for what I wanted for over a month to no avail, I would have left. But the car I saw was perfect for the size and price and mileage. I asked the guy about the mileage in gas and he said mid low 30s. Oh no, I pulled that up real fast and saw mid low 20s. Still, my last car was the same way, so that didn't bother me.... read more

Last year I bought a 2016 NIssan Altima S from Gastonia Nissan. I went in that day with a pre approval letter from Capital One finance. We were set down and a multitude of credit checks were run despite my pre approval status. I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband traded in a car in November 2016. A couple of months ago, we got a phone call about the car being in an accident and the claim filed for it. We went to the dealership and talked to people in charge of titles/tags, and after 3 visits, we were led to believe that the issue was going to be taken care of. A couple of weeks ago we received a notice from the state about a lapse of coverage on the vehicle. We have now gone to the dealership 5 times to get this situation rectified for a c... read more
