I've never been spoken to with such disrespect, from the service dept.
We were lied to by the service department. We bought our quest from there years ago and took it in for several issues. We were told that the van which we drove to and from the dealership has a BROKEN timing chain.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan altima from their seller Earnest and before I could make my first payment the car broke down I couldn't crank it so I called them and at first they didn't want to fix it but after calling a few times they agreed to and also gave me a loaner exactly 1 year and a week later the car broke down for the same exact reason it broke down the first time I don't live in gastonia but was told to get it towed there I told them that it wouldn't crank just like the first time and I felt like if the steering col... read more

I got a quote emailed to me by Karie Brock who said she was the Internet Manager. She persuaded me to come in where I drove a long way to view the car. She told me since the managers special got sold she will get me the Maxima Platinum. I even test drove the white one and she said when I come in the next day I can get the black one. I sold my 2013 jeep and caught an uber to the dealership. Upon speaking with Karie, she went into the finance office and was there for a while. I will say I am disappointed in the phone calls I never received. I was pretty much bugged by my sales person to go online and do my survey. My survey (in the comments section) had what I wasn't happy with yet no one responded to it. Why ask me for a comment of you aren't or can't make it right? Then my sales person said they were going to have their customer loyalty advisor call me and no one even acknowledged that I wasnt happy with the service. This dealership is quickly becoming the reason I'll NEVER own another nissan. Out of 40 combined new and used vehicles this 2015 Altima 3.5SL has been the worst in intial quality. Some of it has been poor dealer prep befor selling car other is manufactured defects. Due to the very poor resale value I can't even get out of it into another vehicle.
