I will say I am disappointed in the phone calls I never received. I was pretty much bugged by my sales person to go online and do my survey. My survey (in the comments section) had what I wasn't happy with yet no one responded to it. Why ask me for a comment of you aren't or can't make it right? Then my sales person said they were going to have their customer loyalty advisor call me and no one even acknowledged that I wasnt happy with the service. This dealership is quickly becoming the reason I'll NEVER own another nissan. Out of 40 combined new and used vehicles this 2015 Altima 3.5SL has been the worst in intial quality. Some of it has been poor dealer prep befor selling car other is manufactured defects. Due to the very poor resale value I can't even get out of it into another vehicle. If you want to be scammed this is place to go. Almost month later get call saying loan wasn't approved. Paid taxes and bought $80 In accessories for car to have it taken back. Spot delivery scammed!!!!!!
