Sold me a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra.... first two weeks in it the tire bust and they say it's a nail which they for some strange reason can not show me any nail being in the tire....so instead of replacing the tire I had to pay out of my pocket. This is a good place to buy a car as long as you don't mind getting non-stop phone calls from them for years to come asking you to buy another car. Starting one month after I bought my car, they started calling asking me to trade it in to buy another one. Five years later, they keep calling even though I've asked countless times to be taken off the sales-call list. Even when I took it in for service, I got summoned out of the customer lounge while I was reading a book to go sit and listen to a sales pitch. I will never buy a... read more

This is the second car that I have bought from them. I didn't get a great deal but considering how upside down I was in my trade I guess I can't complain. The staff was friendly and helpful though.
Slow as shit... damn they slow.. cant keep appt times... makes you wait 2 hrs for oil change when you do have appt... bad mang. Techs just stand around like durrr wat do i do....
I would use extreme caution when dealing with this dealership on a used vehicle. I sent an online inquiry on Oct 30th about a used 2015 Toyota Avalon they had on their website that was listed for $25,500. I spoke with Nicole and asked for an OTD price. I then received a call from Liz asking if she could help me. I asked her for an OTD price and she told me that there was confusion on the price of the vehicle and it was now $31,000.
