I had my worst car buying experience here. I went to talk to them about buying a new car from them and to show them the vehicle I was trading in. Before I knew it they had me giving up my trade in and driving home this car I wanted to buy. Sounds okay to most so far .... but they kept me there all day into the evening. there bogo offer is a joke, bogo means I own it for life, not for 2 years, if I buy a pair of pants and get one free, don't mean I have to give one pair back after I ware them 2 times. bogo means buy one get one free...

They're the most shady and unethical, unprofessional and immature place I've ever been to. It started when I inquired about a car they posted on this Facebook page. I was told the price was $16,500 so I went to see it in person and found out they got the price wrong, it was actually $27,000. Joc (sales manager) was extremely rude and arrogant. I visited the dealership because they sent me a letter telling me they could get me on a newer car for less money. LIES! He tried to bully me and basically called me stupid for not purchasing a sentra for 500 a month for 5 years. The men kept saying how beautiful my child was until it was uncomfortable. I was held hostage because they wouldn't give me my keys back. This is not a place for single moms they are predators.

Sold me a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra.... first two weeks in it the tire bust and they say it's a nail which they for some strange reason can not show me any nail being in the tire....so instead of replacing the tire I had to pay out of my pocket. This is a good place to buy a car as long as you don't mind getting non-stop phone calls from them for years to come asking you to buy another car. Starting one month after I bought my car, they started calling asking me to trade it in to buy another one. Five years later, they keep calling even though I've asked countless times to be taken off the sales-call list.
