I've purchased several items and have been happy with most. The two that were sent back were for reasons other than poor quality. The rest will not go back as I am more than satisfied with them.

I have bought 2 jewelry pieces. The first one was pink sapphire stone. My mistake I should have had it fit to a beautiful ring. My second purchase was a yellow and white diamond ring that I'm over the moon. Ive been wanting one for a long time. Kurt was showing the diamonds and my sales person on the phone I forgot her name please for me she was so helpful in getting me the one that I liked. I have bought many items from GSN and am very pleased with the quality, selection and pricing. They offer jewelry that can never be found at the retail level at prices that are frankly amazing. I have been shopping at Gem Shopping Network for several years now and have always been very happy with the items I have purchased. My latest piece is a large Kyanite in yellow gold pendant and I love it. I know that if I didn't love it they would let me return it.

Watched this channel for over a year before I ordered anything. I have now ordered quite a few items and have found all to be as presented, and the value for money seems very good, especially for the higher priced items. I was a rockhound when I was a kid and have a natural love of minerals and gems and this channel gives me the opportunity to see materials offered that I would not normally have access to. They are also very informative on the items they offer. I only wish I had found them sooner.

My latest purchase was the fifth item I bought from GSN in as many months. It is for sure the BEST deal yet!!! For about seven hours, no one bought this BEAUTIFUL ruby with white and yellow diamond bracelet. And almost at the end of the show, Steve showed it one more time while emphasizing the value of the item. So, I called in to buy it, and it was the best decision I could have made!!! I wasn't looking to buy another item so soon, but I am so glad I did it!!! Thank you, Steve!!!!
