I have been a GSN customer for a few years now. I have purchased several items with each great satisfaction. This time, I called to ask Ben Kho if he had a few loose stones of a certain kind. Ben is a 25 time award winning gemstone cutter. I was on the phone with a very patient customer svc rep for approximately 20 minutes while waited for Ben to find what I wanted. My point, is that GSN rep's and vendors go out of their way to assure a great experience with every sale.

I have purchased 4 rings from Gem Shopping and love them. The quality and price can't be beat. I did purchase a ring and pair of earrings that I ended up returning; returns were very easy and a refund was issued to my credit card fairly quickly. I don't shop for jewelry anywhere else now; I love Gem Shopping Network!

I am a fine jewelry junkie. I've ordered and kept five to six items over the past few years. I love that the presenters will take your price offer seriously and negotiate if they are able. The customer service representatives have always been helpful and considerate. I think their business model works well for them, as well as, for their customers.
