Over the past few years, I have ordered several items ... some that have been stellar, others just so so, but I kept them. Will ccntinue to purchase.
I have enjoyed the variety of jewelry over the years. Different prices, but NO JUNK. Don't expect gold plated, stainless steel or cubic zirconia or $10 or $20 anything! It doesn't exist here. This is a quality jewelry service. Narrators also teach you about different gemstones, cutting, and settings as they go. I learned a lot and developed at least credible eye.
GSN has everything you could want in jewelry and gemstones and the prices are fair and the customer service is outstanding. They want you to be happy and have one of the best return policies in the business. The hosts are knowledgeable too!
Always get beautiful items and great service. I am partly blind. And i depend on staff to describe the item to me. They listen to what i am looking for. And pick wobderful items for me in the range and descriotion i am seeking. The host give wonderful reviews if items and educational. I have been collecting gems . For. Abt 35 years. Love this gem show.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable the only complaint I have is customer service hours other than that everything was more than I expected purchase several items only had to return one the return was only because it wasn't quite what I expected but it was still beautiful
I have made several purchases over the years. Customer service is very polite and helpful. I have returned a few things for various reasons, and have always been credited for my return (sometimes slow to credit account, but always done). I enjoy doing business with GSN. Ben Kho is my favorite, i love his work.
I think it was great. I got my stone in 3 days.
