Everyone is so helpful. They make. It so simple to buy and get things sized, shipped and payed for. I have loved everything I have gotten. Had to send a ring back to get fixed and it was done very promptly. Just love Gem Shopping!

So enjoy watching. Have purchased twice . Not enough money to buy what I would like. Worked in jewelry industry for 37 years. Some of your prices are outrageous though. Love seeing stones not available in retail stores. Some of your hosts are way too loud have to turn volume off.

Loved the multi-colored diamond ring. It was exactly as represented and sized at such a reasonable cost. Would love to be contacted about more multi-colored diamond jewelry. The sales reps are very helpful, especially Don and Matthew. Love the hosts: Mike, Hunter, Alan, Sky & Wes. Mark is the first things I bought & I love his stones & deals.
