I have been calling their Customer Service Number: 888 391 2315, and nobody is calling me back for the since Monday, May 30, 2016. I left 3 or 4 messages already. I even called at their starting time, 9:00 am, and the answering machine says that their customer reps are currently busy assisting other callers and that my call is "very important" to them that they are going to call me back, just leave my message and number. Nobody did. This is getting annoying.
I have shopped GSN for a few years and not had a bad experience. Many thousands of dollars have been spent by me with them. Anything I did not like, for whatever reason, was returned according to their policy and a refund received, less the shipping etc, right away.
