I have always had a good experience with all the people at GSN. The phone reps are great at working for the customer and going out of their way to find that special piece for you. The jewelry is fantastic and you are buying the item they show you on your TV screen, unless it's a show special that has multiables. Even then you can ask to see the one they will send you. I would like to thank Customer Service for the fast work in handling the problem I had with a shipment and the fast credit back to my card. I was greeted with a nice Customer Service Help Lady named Brit who gave me a RAN number and told me exactly what to do because a damaged box had never been delivered to me in this condition before,. I bought a beautiful pearl necklace and waited over two weeks for them to tell me it was being processed for shipping. Instead, I received a cancellation notice. It read as if I cancelled the order. I sent an email back only for it not to be received by gemshopping. I called and was told to call back on Monday. They took my money and I won't get it back until another 15 business days. So unethical. Be careful. I will never order from them again, let alone watch their show.

I have been trying to reach their customer service department for 5 days. The phone # says customer service is down - 20 calls later same message. I emailed them - 4 times, NO response. I have tried every number on their website to no avail. Even left a message on one phone # and the message said I would get a call back. NOPE.Their policy is you must receive a return authorization number w/in 7 days of receipt of item BEFORE you can return the item otherwise you will not receive a refund. Beware. You have to pay a restocking fee ****** if you send it back. They don't tell you that when your buying it. I bought a pink diamond ring and I have been told they don't see pink and the diamonds and was told the white diamond were LAB CREATED. IM CALLING A LAWYER IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN ME LET ME KNOW. M. I bought an item but I got it home. Looked nothing like it did on TV where they magnify the jewelry and the hand wearing it. Ems are tiny compared to the screen returned. Item received return on the 19th. Receipt says refund 7 to 10 business days. I called on the 11th day and asked where my money was? I was told no that's 7 to 10 business days. I bid on a ring on the GEM SHOPPING NETWORK and had no idea of what I got until the item came. Once I saw in person the stones on ** appear much larger than they are. The stone sizes are not depicted only the total carat weight is given. Make sure you ask what the size of all stones are to give you a better idea of the accent stone sizes.
