I have always had a good experience with all the people at GSN. The phone reps are great at working for the customer and going out of their way to find that special piece for you. The jewelry is fantastic and you are buying the item they show you on your TV screen, unless it's a show special that has multiables. Even then you can ask to see the one they will send you.
