I did the same placed my order for pots and pans the beginning of December I send them a text to track my order they reply for me to be patient that it had already shipped and nothing so I texted again on Jan.26 and the 28 then never had any response.

Received an email from Gem Shopping Network that my Refund would be processed in **** Days. 20 Days Later and after reaching out to GSN twice STILL NO REFUND. Having my Financial Institution do ChargeBack. Never again

I ordered the cookware set in early December. Here we are almost to February and I STILL have not received it yet. When I ask where they are, I'm told to be patient and they are on the way. I want another set sent oor my money back! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered two orders on December 1st. and never received the orders. It's January 11 now and can't get any answers from the company. I would like to get a class action lawsuit.

Claims they ave the most liberal return , therefore feel free to buy multiples, BEWARE. Their hosts, except ****, says this all the time, but their actions don't coincide with this statement. Also, they tend to ignore requests on online chat.. I have very mixed feelings on this channel. If not for their CHROMIA vendor and **** from Jewelry Extravaganza, I probably would have stopped watching. Definitely feel service has declined this year.

On three separate occasions, I was charged more than the price quoted. The third time I had video recorded the program, including the item number and on-air price given. When I received an email of the order several hours later, the price had increased over $200.00this was on a Friday. i am appalled with ******************** bold gold..the ring i purchased is 20k..the ring itself is really nice..however..they failed to include in the desciption that the shank was made like that of a ring your kid gets from a bubble gum machine!!! at no time was the ring described as adjustable..and because it looks like a cheap child's ring has totally turned me off...i can't wait to call them monday and voice my complaint...never in my life has this ever happenend!!!!!

I think this is a "bait and switch" operation. I recently bought a dark purple tanzanite beaded necklace from them. They stated it was **** inches long but I measured it out to only 21 inches including the clasp. Worse yet, the dark purple stones turned out to be pale lavender! They state in their "Terms and Conditions of Sale" "Your order it's considered an offer to purchase, which may be accepted, modified or rejected in GNS's sole discretion". I returned a ring that had defective prongs and they charged me a $200.00 restocking fee plus s/h for a defective product. I didnt even have it out of the box and the prongs snagged the jewelry cloth. I tried it on and it tore my blouse. Their staff deemed it OK. Buyer beware. They do not stand behind their so called 100% satisfaction. **************
