I have purchased several pieces of jewelry and loose stones over the last couple of years from Gem Shopping Network. ALL my experiences have been nothing less than a pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend GSN.

I have had all positive experiences, and am not hesitant to order things since returns are never a problem for me. I did request that they always ship with the USPS instead of FEDEX which is more convenient and cheaper- no problem. I like the confidence of knowing these pieces have been accurately measured and tested. Items on ebay may be cheaper, but you're taking a chance and also GSN's offerings are spectacular and it is a business I am happy to support. 5 star

The items I've ordered from Gem Shopping have been for the most part beautiful and exactly as shown. My one complaint is not with them but with the delivery system they use. Fed Ex seems to be stuck in the 1950's when men went to work and "wifey" was home to sign for packages. Can Fed Ex wake up and smell the 21st century!! If something needs a signature, deliver it when people are home! That has to be cheaper than sending a truck day after day to the same location at the same time when no one is home!

I am pleased with my purchase from Gem Shopping Network of a rare gem which had been set in an 18k gold and diamond ring. This ring had been nicely packaged and shipped with clear paperwork and a nice gift box. The quality of the gem, gold and diamonds was excellent. I was pleased with the thickness of the 18k gold in the ring. The design of the ring was lovely. I will purchase again from this company.

I enjoy shopping at GSN very,very,much. Perhaps tooo much. I have never had a problem that customer service has not been able to handle. All of the staff I have delt with over the years have been nothing but professional, courteous, kind, and patient. As you get older, you appreciate people who treat you with kindness and patience. I have had all positive experiences with GSN. The products may be expensive, (compared say to Ebay), but I feel assured that every piece has been tested, checked, measured and weighed, etc. They have cheerfully accepted many returns from me accdg. to their policy for whatever reason I have. This is an exciting place to shop as they have unique and spectacular pieces not found elsewhere, and the hosts are eager to share info and educate shoppers. The operators are very competent, too.
