Beware of the return policy. If you watch on TV, the hosts tell you that you have a 30 day return policy. That's not true. You have to call within 7 days of purchase to get a return authorization. No exceptions. So, with two-three days shipping, that gives you 4 days to decide if you like the product. Add in a weekend and you have 2 days.

They did better this time than what I've experienced in the past. In other words, they didn't screw things up! ! ! I have been a very long time customer and sometimes I get the feeling that they're too busy selling to make BIG BUCKS and FORGET ABOUT EFFICIENCY PLUS COURTESY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE DUMPING all those big bucks into their pockets ! ! !

I love your prices and merchandise but some of your hosts little to be desired. Kurt thinks everyone should jump when he has an item he is pushing and I find that extremely undesirable. He has very bad businessman like ways of selling your merchandise. I have spent a a lot of money with your company and I don't need someone such as a salesperson to try to force me to buy something that I don't like. HA! HA! I LIED!!!! I only got here by clicking for a "yes" recommendation since when you click "no" and then add comments it goes no where. (Typical of Gem Shopping where Customer Service is no existent and they don't want anything negative directed toward them. Sort of like someone else who lives in a big White House) FIRST, Gem Shopping REALLY NEEDS to IMPROVE their Customer Service once a sale is transacted and there is an issue with the item purchased. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from Gem Shopping since discovering it channel surfing one day. I have been extremely happy with the quality and value I have received from all of the pieces I have ordered. My only complaint was a bad experience with their customer service representative which has been addressed and since then we have had a good relationship. I purchased several items from GSN and their product is fine but they pride themselves on their great prices. I have researched every item I bought from them and most of the time I actually paid full retail for the items, so their pricing is nothing special. When you request to see an item and find the price or their special " off air price" is something you still can not afford the sales reps. will push you and even suggest to use more than one credit card to make the purchase, something that bothers me. I find that Gem Shopping falls short of their HIGHLY regarded reputation. Their Reps who you initially have contact with when you call their 800 number appear to want to sell you the item you were inquiring able, whether it's what you wanted to purchase or just wanting info on the specifics of that item. I also find and feel that some of their TV Hosts can be quite annoying by screaming out info on items they are showcasing for the callers to excite the viewers to grab at their Special (?) offers. I encountered inconsistent responses from the customer service department regarding their effort to resolve an issue. Initially, I thought the issue was resolved, and I could continue as a customer of this business. Though upon follow up the customer service department neglected to honor the resolution.

I've bought 5 or 6 rings and one watch and have found them a great value and the biggest selection anywhere. They also honor their return policy....." if you're not happy with your purchase you can return it". I didn't care for FedEx shipping so, at your request, they will ship Postal Service which is cheaper and I can track and pick up at my leisure. Overall, this is where I buy my jewelry.
