Went in for a haircut and did not receive the result that I wanted at all. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or helped from any of the staff members. I waited at the front desk which was unattended and when someone did arrive, I didn't even receive a "hello", just a "what are you here for?". Worst costumer service ever. I called to see if a Nikki works at this salon because I was told she is very good and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude. She was so inconsiderate and not helpful and every question she had was with a rude tone. She went through the list of people who are Nikkis in Gene Juarez and then she said that she no longer works there. This place is just the worst. I got a first hair cut with a provider that was not great. I decided to try another provider in the same salon. I booked on the internet and when I showed up they said the provider was not available. Also, they never answer the phone (tried 7 times over 2 days with no response). This entire place is to avoid.

The most incompetent people work at this salon. They've messed up my appointments and hair so many times, I'm never coming here again. Not to mention wasting my time. I keep giving them chance after chance and this was the last team. It will take too long to type detail but if corporate cares at all about their customers they are welcome to contact me. Ladies, go to salon 7 or any other place is an upgrade.

Service is excellent 9/10 times. Called over the weekend to get my nails done and the front desk lady was just not interested in helping me. They were booked and instead of looking up different locations on my behalf, I had to go down the list of all locations and ask if they had any openings. Like, c'mon girl help me out here, this is your job!

I had a brow wax before I had a relaxation massage and the technician asked if I was having a maternity massage. I told her I wasn't pregnant and she said, "so you just had your kids" ... nope, wrong again. Needless to say, I didn't go into my massage feeling relaxed at all - I was in tears. If it wasn't for my hair stylist Tim and colorist Niko, im not sure i would be coming back. The reason i say this is bc your whole experience from the time you check in to when you leave should be awesome but its NOT. The check in staff have ok service. but when you leave to pay, in the last year the cashier area isnt well staffed after you get your hair cut and colored. I made an appointment cut and color. I arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled time already nervous and not wanting to be there. Wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen, great start so far. I tell the stylist what I want after back and forth and him not getting what I want he tells me the service I will need will take 2 hours and he has another appointment directly after so he can't make it work though one hour was already mine which he wasted 15 minutes already, he clearly didn't want to do the service or 30% tip ... read more

Not Impressed, at all. Thank God I used a gift card and not my own money because if I had paid full price I would be even more mad than I am now. Came in for a Shellac Pedicure with an added Spa Treatment. The website advertises the Shellac Pedicure as a 60 minute service.
