They need to remove Spa from their name. At their old location they had a sauna, steam room and swiss shower all of which were included in the price of your massage. Made it a good deal. My daughter and I decided to do a spa day but the new location has a small changing/locker space, a small waiting rest area and very unimaginative massage rooms. The low rating I've given is for the customer service and consistency of the salon. I've had excellent haircuts here for years that are well worth the price, but have been disappointed by many of the other services provided. Your receptionist named Landon or Brandon was extremely rude and short with me when I checked in at front desk. I tried to ask a few questions and he seemed irritated that I had asked.
Very disappointed. Asked for cool light highlights and came out a dark brunette. Hair colorist was super rude when I said I didn't like it. He started accusing me of asking for dark hair when instead I asked for highlights and instead came out with all over brown hair. I told them I did not like it and instead they said that maybe I could come back in a couple of months for more highlights. Awful experience. Called and put on hold for 15 minutes and then when I was asked was services I wanted to book I was hung up on. I called back and made appointment. Then when I show up for my appointment they have no record of my services! They suggest another location or waiting for 4 hours. Will never come back.

Recently at this location for a Spa Package, and during my facial with Ziba I noticed she left my room 3 times not informing me why she was leaving which left like she was gone for majority of my facial. I've received numerous facials and services from this company for 5+ years so I know what a traditional spa facial is supposed to be. Come to find out she was waxing other clients in the middle of my facial. Definitely will be contacting cooperate about this awful situation. Been here many times over the years... there's always something that goes wrong. Just now, spent 15 minuets with the call center trying to make a spa appointment (it was actually already made, just needed the date moved). Was sent to someone else to complete it, 25 minuets total. Very disappointing. I am loosing faith in the service with gene juarez.. Glad you're providing more training. But doesn't help me.. to add to my experience, the spa treatment was lovely. I am so deeply, truly, disappointed by how my "appointment" went today. I came last Sinday to have a hair consultation and I talked to Midori, advised her of what I wanted to achieve and even showed her a picture, she said yes and told me that we can do it with a full foil and extra time so I booked my appointment.
