I like jene Juarez but last couple times visit were very unpleasant both times hair cut were with korean girls. They are very unprofessional attitude and rude. I have waiting for 30 min as well.

I got a blow out here and I dont want to say her name for everyone to see. She wasn't very friendly or wanted to make conversations. I felt awkward the whole time making me don't want to book her again. When she was washing my hair it felt like she was digging for gold. My scape was in pain. The next day, my hair was all ruff like a bird's nest. When other employees does my hair its perfect!

The salon and everyone was nice but my hair color results from Eric were very disappointing and unacceptable. Actually just plain awful. Incredibly brassy and a super funky color and tone in both natural outdoor and indoor light. I had nothing but negative feedback from both close friends and family. Terrible haircut for $90.00 plus tip! got one of the best barbers as they promise.name Viola. Made nice looking hair for the first two days look great but after that I examine my haircut and not a single layer and you do not want to go out! They should learn from Europa technics and will be outstanding outcome. For now just prestigious name and no true barbers!@ Never go here again unless it's manicure or brows.:-( Marina P

UPDATE: I got a call after my appointment saying that I paid the wrong amount and I still owed an additional $200..... That makes zero sense. They asked who did my hair cut and color, I told them and I paid. They wanted me to come back inside and pay the remaining balance. Not only did I walk out with color on my face but since they screwed up the total, I have to come back and pay more? I asked to speak to a manager and no one called me back.... I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I got one of the worst haircuts of my life yesterday . That saying something since I'm 68 I told the stylist(I use the term loosely) that I wanted it cleaned up at the bottom leaving a weight line since my hai had unusual growth patterns sine it has gotten grey so if it gets too short it will be difficult to maintain my style. There must be something in the water of this shopping center that makes employees treat customers so poorly that they leave in tears. This salon is an obvious downgrade from their previous location, which was much larger. The locker rooms are now very small with only one changing area and one shower. It's incredibly awkward to use now. The old location had a nice steam room with plenty of changing areas and multiple showers. It was much roomier and you didnt feel awkward if there were other people in there. The waiting area is tiny. I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn't. I only go to Gene Juarez because of the stylists. The receptionists don't smile and frankly are rude. I asked a question about the new self check-in and it was as if I was bothering her. The front desk staff should be trained by Nordstrom staff regarding appropriate and kind customer service.
