The new Bravern location is a total disappointment! I've been a client at the Bellevue Gene Juarez for many years. When I heard they were relocating to the Bravern, I expected the new location to be beautiful. What I found is an extremely small facility that lacks in amenities and relaxation. The spa appears to have just moved into the old Red Door facilities which are tiny. There is one dressing room which is smaller than most master bathrooms. First let me say, Gene Jaurez is and will always Be my favorite salons. But, the move to the bravern and the chaos it's become. I won't return nor will the group of friends that I come with, will come back to the Bellevue location. The new place is beautiful, but not personal anymore. The new location at the Bravern is such a disappointment. I go to the Bellevue location for massages. The spa area was a relaxing environment, starting with a quiet waiting area with a fireplace and beverages, and then a lovely foot soak. After the massage, we had full use of the sauna, steam room and Swiss showers. Today I went to the new location. No peaceful waiting area. No foot soak. No sauna, steam room nor Swiss showers. I'm seriously so disappointed in this salon. The customer service is severely lacking and I don't think hire anyone at all to answer the phones. Honestly- how do you have a million people on your staff, but no one can answer the phone?? My stylists, Colleen and Robin were actually both great. Pretty frustrated with the Bellevue location. I had an appointment to be a hair model this past weekend. I showed up for my appointment, checked in and was asked to wait in the waiting area for the stylist. I know that during the learning process, people are slow so I patiently waited for an hour and a half. I finally approached the desk to ask for an update only to find out that the stylist was not there and should have contacted me to cancel. I left furious. Went in for a haircut and did not receive the result that I wanted at all. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or helped from any of the staff members. I waited at the front desk which was unattended and when someone did arrive, I didn't even receive a "hello", just a "what are you here for?". Before my haircut, I notified my stylist of what I wished for. He agreed, but the result was nothing of what I had asked for. Worst costumer service ever. I called to see if a Nikki works at this salon because I was told she is very good and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude. She was so inconsiderate and not helpful and every question she had was with a rude tone. She went through the list of people who are Nikkis in Gene Juarez and then she said that she no longer works there. This place is just the worst. I got a first hair cut with a provider that was not great. I decided to try another provider in the same salon. I booked on the internet and when I showed up they said the provider was not available. Also, they never answer the phone (tried 7 times over 2 days with no response). This entire place is to avoid.

The most incompetent people work at this salon. They've messed up my appointments and hair so many times, I'm never coming here again. Not to mention wasting my time. I keep giving them chance after chance and this was the last team. It will take too long to type detail but if corporate cares at all about their customers they are welcome to contact me. Ladies, go to salon 7 or any other place is an upgrade.
