The gal I had was very pleasant and personable. She was attentive to the whole process. She did well on the color. I might just use them for that.
They should have specialized people for each thing not the same people cuting hair, manicure and pedicure... No way there is one person that does all of those well
Lower your prices!!! It's a school !!! The prices for services cetainally don't reflect that.
I was there for 5.5 hrs for a mediocre haircut and highlights. Wasted my entire morning and the seats are so uncomfortable. It's not worth the discounted price.
I went in for a partial foil and was assigned to a young lady who took a smoke break during the process and came back to finish smelling terribly like smoke. When i told her I was told not to use volumizing products on my hair (naturally curly and full of volume) When she was done with the highlights she brought a pile of product over to use and there were 2 volumizing products.It took over 4 hours and I left looking like I ran through a windstorm.
It takes too long for the student to find a teacher to confirm what they are doing or to ask a question of. I was there for 5 hours to get my hair cut, roots colored and couple of hightlights. It seemed like a very long time.
Instructor was rude, felt bad for the student who did my hair.
I liked the cut, the color and the stylists but it took way too long to complete the service.
THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN WAS FOR A HAIRCUT WHICH WAS JUST AN OK EXPERIENCE BUT SINCE THE GROUPON WAS FOR $60 THEY SUGGESTED I SAVE IT FOR ANOTHER TIME WHICH I DID...THIS TIME FOR COLOR. I SPOKE ABOUT "BRIGHTNESS" AROUND MY FACE AND A LIFT...INSTEAD THEY DID NOT LISTEN BUT USED LOW LIGHTS AND MY HAIR CAME OUT DULL AND LIFELESS. I FELT DISAPPOINTED BUT TRIED TO BE NICE AS THEY (I THINK TRIED) BUT TOOK 2-1/2 HRS...THEY EVEN SHOWED MAGZINE PICTURES (WHICH WERE BLONDE,BLONDE, BLONDE!!)
