I received a decent haircut ($14) & deep conditioning treatment ($10) not realizing I had to use the $50 value in one visit. The least they should've done is mention that when booking the appt as I let them know I was using my groupon. Hence, I got $ 24 in services, for a $25 Groupon purchase, valued at $50 If you go there, give yourself lots of time. My stylist wanted to get by with the bare minimum, she didn't seem to want to be there. She actually did a good cut for me but the extra services my groupon helped cover were uninspiring.
Students are young and very immature. I asked for a more mature person when ordering my service and I got a young person who walked off the job mid haircut because he couldn't handle it. I would rather pay more and go to a salon.
I was planning on using my Groupon a couple months back, but they were having a special coupon deal that I ended up using instead. I went in for partial blond highlights (a very natural look) and ended up walking out with over-processed porn star blonde hair. It took 2 visits and 6 1/2 hours!!!! to fix. They did fix it, so that was ok. The stylist was late 15 minutes from lunch for appointment - I had to go up to reception desk to find out why if I fell in the cracks of their schedule. No one came and said she would be late. I had a body wave which took hours and they did my haircut afterwards and I said just a shape up - cut my hair the shortest it's ever been cut -so disastrous before 4TH of July. My daughter went n to get her hair died brown and came out with Black hair and red dye all over her head. It took 4 days to wash all the red dye out.
Need more teacher involvement in helping make decisions. Students are to new to make recommendations on their own.
For the 3.5hours I was there the end results was unsatisfactory.
