I wasn't warned ahead of time how long it would take to complete the hair cut and color. I was there from 11am to 4pm, much more time than I wanted to spend for the service to be completed. The color was great. The cut, not so much-she didn't know how to work with curly hair. I don't have the time to spend there so I wouldn't go back for that reason.
The hairstylist seemed a bit nervous, slow, talked the whole time & I felt she didn't really listen to my needs. She took 3 1/2 hours for the service & spent more time talking even though I told her I had to leave. The supervisor didn't spend much time with us & was rushed. Ended up with wrong color (too dark) and barely a trim (she didn't seem to know how to cut hair - was confused about the way my hair was previously cut).
Took five hours for hair. Simply too much time for someone who doesn't have that much time to burn.
It is definitely people in training.dont expect the same service as a regular salon
I had an appointment at 1:30pm for a cut and all over color. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby before I was taken back for my appointment. The front desk girls told me 3 different times that my appointment was supposed to be. One said 1:30, one said 1:45 and another said 2:00. At least 2 other ladies in the lobby had the same issue as me with total confusion about when their actual appointment was supposed to be. The student wasn't able to color my hair as I requested. It wasn't awful, but it certainly was not what I clearly asked for (even she agreed). She was sweet but extremely slow; I came in for a partial highlight and a haircut and after 3.5 hours I just asked to leave without my haircut because the highlights took so incredibly long and I was tired of the chemical fumes from the guy getting a perm next to me. Please specify clearly on the groupon that it should be used in one visit. Did not say it on the fine print at the time of purchase.
