I didnt get what I asked for wich oh well..what they did it wasn't so bad, but next day when I washed my hair you can see all the color going away and the towel I used to dry my hair got all my hair color on it :( first time ever happens to me.

I purchased a $40 coupon for $20. Unknown to me, a haircut would not fulfill this, AND they will not split the coupon, so I had to opt for extra services I didn't want. And, it was just ok. I had 4 inches cut off when I asked for a trim! Still very upset.

They have regularly decreased the value of their "rewards" programs over the years. They have also implemented new rules on how to go about getting these rewards - to the point where you have to think it's only so they can tell a "guest" that they haven't followed the rules and therefore don't qualify for the reward. Very tacky!

I learned to not trust the "educators" advice & I hope the stylists did as well.They refunded my money & were very kind & professional but I believe the "educators" really do need to know what they're doing because they are the ones the stylists HAVE to take orders from

I knew it was a beauty school and expected it to take longer than visit to a Pro. Still, I was incredibly disappointed. The student didn't know how to give a proper flat iron and worse yet, she didn't ask for any help. I eventually asked for her to get instructor. The instructor reviewed the steps, but was too busy to monitor progress regularly. The student stylist dashed away on several occasions w/out explanation. Didn't instill confidence in her abilities. I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a partial foil & had to leave with wet hair. 4 hours for a partial, unbelievable!!! The person working on me clearly didn't know what she was doing & kept having to have other people re-do the service or come & fix it. I will never come back & will pass my experience on

The prices of course are reasonable, but you have to expect to spend several hours to complete services. Make sure you allow plenty of extra time in your schedule.
