The salon I visited to redeem this Groupon was out of the product. They immediately offered to send this product to my home and it arrived two days later. Excellent customer service. I had waited to redeem my Goupon until it was ready to expire.
The shampoos and conditioners are amazing. I am sorry to hear Gene Juarez is discontinuing the product.
