Haircut with Kathryn (Katie). I've been seeing her for about one year now. She does an amazing job! Very relaxed atmosphere in salon. Everyone is always very helpful and ensures you are taken care of right away.
I've been coming here for years, and the services are mostly v. good. However, getting an appointment is another story. I balk at leaving my credit card, number, expiry date, and CVV, PLUS date of birth online, just to make an appointment. But I did -- only to be told my card was not accepted? Huh? Since when is MasterCard not taken? It's a brand new ATM, with cash behind it, so I have no idea what that is about. So I called ... and was left on hold. I just hung up. Go to Gene Juarez South Lake Union and ask for Marcus. Best color and haircut ever!! He is incredibly meticulous and really takes the time to understand his clients needs. After the 1st time I went to him I knew I wouldn't be going to anyone else ever again.
GO SEE MY GIRL SHANNON H! She is the best, I just started seeing her a couple months ago and she gives me the most epic wispy bangs. I recently just got another cut today and she cut me some clean layers, touched up my bangs, and gave my hair new shape. Always just what I want but better! If u go to Gene Juarez in uvill make sure it's with Shannon :)))
I would highly recommend this establishment after visiting the Gene Juarez Salon in university village, WA. I was seen by Chase for a coloring and toning. Chases attention to detail, communication and overall service was above and beyond!!!
I saw Chi this weekend for a haircut and I could not be happier! I have a hard time going to get haircuts because I have super thick hair and always leave salons looking like Lord Farquad. But the second I told Chi what I wanted she made me feel so confident that she knew what she doing and she certainly did not disappoint, my hair looks sooo good! Definitely going to book again
Courtney is amazing! She did my hair for my wedding and it was perfect! I felt amazing. It lasted the entire day and well into the night (also worth noting my wedding was outdoors and it was raining!). She did my mom's hair for the wedding too, and my mom looked incredible! I also went back to Courtney after my wedding to get my hair cut after having grown it our for the past 8 months. I love the cut she gave me. I recommend her to all of my friends and family!
First time. Sweetest gal with a super great cut and great conversation. We will definitely go back.
