Go. See. Abigail!!! I have lived in the area for awhile and decided to try the U Village Gene Juarez after going to other salons and receiving lack-luster results. I booked Abigail just based on my availability, and I was amazed. She asked me all kinds of questions about how I like my hair and my hair type, and she fully delivered. She was so nice and bubbly, and knew an insane amount about hair. I am so obsessed! She gained a new loyal customer. I can't recommend her enough!!

I always book Liv for my massages... She truly is the best in Seattle and I highly recommend her. Make sure you try and book 90 minutes, that way you really relax.

As someone who has been to a lot of salons, I can honestly say that the customer service at this salon is incredible. Emma at the front desk was so welcoming and helped me figure out what I wanted even though I really had no idea. She exceeded every expectation I had going into the salon and her customer service skills and willingness to work with me until I got exactly what I needed went above and beyond. This is a review for Kate ... One day I was at U Village and decided to try my luck at Gene Juarez on the spot. Since then I've returned for several cuts with Kate and I can attest that she's skilled with scissors, razor cuts, and giving movement to my longish layered straight hair. I highly recommend her!

I've been seeing Dony for over a year and she's amazing! She is very knowledgeable about color and I completely trust her. The staff are fun and friendly and I always look forward to my visits! Kudos to salon manager Judy for running a class act operation! And a huge thank you to Dony for taking such great care of my hair!

I have never been much for a fancy spa salon but this place is so nice. The receptionist was super nice and friendly while checking me in for my hair cut, offered beverages and to take my garbage coffee cup. The salon is what you would expect from the name Gene Juarez. Classy, clean and high end products. The only stylist I will let touch my hair, Jessica did an amazing job on my cut! I came here a couple weeks ago for my hair and I got a balayage. The service was good, the lady who helped me wasn't someone I would've expected to be working at a high end salon but she was really nice & seemed to know her stuff. She definitely did things her own way though, and liked to tell me that. The only annoying part is that when she finished, I loved the color but after a couple hours it became so light it almost looks like green. I saw Sole for a hair color and was extremely happy with the results. She is clearly experienced as she was able to quickly understand what I wanted and deliver accordingly. She has the confidence of someone who has seen it all with hair color. I'm super particular about my hair and can honestly say that she did a perfect job! I highly recommend her.
