I was contacted by Colleen from the home office and she was very apologetic and very easy to speak to on the phone-- she explained her appreciation for letting them know my experience and wanted to make it right. She offered to send me a gift certificate for another Signature Pedicure so that I could give it another try. I really appreciated that offer and accepted!
