I've been impressed with the quality of service at this dental office for several years. My dental cleaning this morning was no exception. The hygienist was very professional, and knowledgeable. He also explained every step of the procedure. It was actually educational too.
I've been going to Gentle Dental for some years. Office staff are friendly and courteous, and the few times I've needed to be seen right away they've managed to fit me in. Appointments are always on time. Dental care is good and explanations/information regarding the status of my teeth and gums is clear and thorough.
Gentle Dental definitely lived up to their name. I needed a crown and some additional services to get up to date with my teeth. Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was walked through how each service would be performed which elevated my overall comfort level with the services I received. I recently started going to this dental office and I have been very impressed so far! The front desk is always staffed with team members who are able to answer my questions easily. The dentist, hygienist, and assistants have all been a pleasure to work with. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted, and the providers took the time to answer all of them and were highly knowledgeable.
