I had a great experience. I had to make an appointment to come back for my cleaning due to staffing which was not a problem for me at all. Everyone was super nice and attentive. I was helped right away. I had Jermey for my cleaning. He was so sweet and very gentle! He made sure to do a really good clean without hurting me! I would highly recommend coming here.
Today was my first visit after years of missing dental appts. for various reasons. I could not be happier at the attention and care and kindness shown this old lady. They were patient and gentle and always smiling. Looking forward to a continuing relationship. And, using their Discount Plan has already paid off! Very worthwhile even if not insurance.
I've stopped going because they don't return phone calls, therefore I missed part 2 of my cleaning. My husband had the same experience. He had molds formed to help him medicate his gums but they never let him know if they were ready or not. It's been months. He never did pick them up and stopped going. The periodontist and dental hygienist were great, I'll miss being able to go to them.
The people who work here are stellar people; they are always helpful and accommodating about their services and procedures. I have had two important procedures done on my teeth by this company, one office in Indio and the other in Palm Springs and both have been exceptional experiences with exceptional outcomes. I would recommend this dental company to all who need dental work of any kind. They are consummate professionals and their prices are extremely reasonable to boot! An excellent company! Sharon Kaffen
The receptionist has yet to call me back regarding my cleaning appointment. During my last visit, I waited a long time for someone to see me when sent to see the doctor's chair, and they did not even know why I was there. The lady who took my dental picture was vulgar and unprofessional. My next appointment is on the 22nd for a cleaning. I hope they have a note explaining the reason for my appointment. My husband also had a horrible experience. The ladies at the front desk do not have manners.
