Gentle Dental PS Staff is always great from the reception to the dentist and specialists and everyone in between. Dentist offices have never been my favorite but I’m thankful for this staff and their help with my needs over the past few years. Always kind and make me feel comfortable.
I've stopped going because they don't return phone calls, therefore I missed part 2 of my cleaning. My husband had the same experience. He had molds formed to help him medicate his gums but they never let him know if they were ready or not. It's been months. He never did pick them up and stopped going. The periodontist and dental hygienist were great, I'll miss being able to go to them.
They scheduled an appointment for me at 8:00 am. They sent me text reminders about my appointment. The day before they sent the same text but with different time at 9:00 am. I arrived to my appointment at 8:50 and they refused to see me because I was late. They said my appointment was at 8:00 am. I showed them the text that it said 9:00 am and they said "Oh is because you had 2 appointments one at 8 and the other one at 9. I never got informed of that. They confused me so much. Dr. Jay was thorough, complete, and compassionate. He gave me the run down on on all my dental problems with complete explanations and without making me feel guilty. The hygienist, Jeremy, was EXCELLENT!: thorough, efficient, painless, and FAST!!!! I won't go anywhere else as long as he's there. I was dreading that appointment but left feeling great....thank you so much!
The worst dental office I have ever used and I will not be going back. They have a revolving door of inexperienced dentists and hygienists. They overbook and turn you away from appointments when you arrive. Patients are standing in the tiny waiting room. They make appointments for you of their own volition and then tell you that you've made an appointment you didn't make. They overcharge you and later agree to take some off your credit card if you catch them.
