My experience at Gentle Dental in Palm Springs, CA went surprisingly well, considering my traumatic past in the dental chair. Jeremy, the hygienist was exceptional! Monesha who took the X-Ray’s was in her game and knew what she was doing. The receptionists run a tight ship, they keep the flow of their vast clientele on point in an organized manner. I am grateful the office squeezed me in for a last minute appointment. I recommend and Thank Gentle Dental for their services.
I highly recommend the front office staff direct treatment providers, dentist, hygienist, dental assistants at this Gentle Dental practice. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. YO Hands down best service I have EVER recieved. Michone I belive was her name was amazing and funny to chat with. Helped calm my nerves down as Ive had dental issues in the past Feeling better and comfy the dentist herself she was also super nice as well. Fixed my teeth pain so fast, forgot what it felt like to not have teeth pain. 3d scanned my teeth so I can get my partial in 2 weeks. 10/10 service
This was a very positive experience. I was treated with great respect and kindness by everyone in the office. They explained everything to me about the procedures that they were going to do. The wait time was very short. And they did a very good job they are excellent. I would recommend them to my friends.
