I came in for a consult on a probable root canal. The office informed me that they would be able to do it right then. I spent a total of 2 hours in the office which I think is quite reasonable, I had absolutely NO pain and all the staff were kind and gracious. I called the office on Wednesday before Thanksgiving saying I had pain in my back molar. The receptionist said there was nothing available and I asked "do I have to wait over the 4 day weekend with this pain?" She put me on hold and another person answered.
