Ruth is a great hygienist. She's efficient, thorough and friendly. My experience with the new dentist was excellent too. She spotted a place on my tooth where the enamel was gone and potentially would have caused a cavity. Thank you for fitting me in for my exam after I totally forgot about it.
Went to the office at 7:55am for my 8am appoint. Signed in and was promptly called by the staff to get fitted. The appointment went very smoothly, had a new tech but she was very professional and good. The tooth had to be numbed, which Dr Bitar did and it was smoothly fitted and cleaned. Once again I am very pleased with Gentle Dental.
I first saw Dr Bitar and he was very nice and explained what he was going to do. I then went to Dr Lakisic for a root canal. He was so gentle I didn't feel a thing, and no discomfort after, either. Everyone in the office is more than nice and friendly. They treat you like a person and care how you feel. Dr Bitar explained that the next step in my treatment has to be evaluated at the next visit....
Soon as I walked through the door I was greeted cheerfully and attended to. On time appointment is definitely a plus, Sabrina the assistant was very gentle and concerned that everything was going OK without any discomfort. I miss my old dentist but the new one was quite personable. I know my appointment was a "squeeze-in" because of your losing the old dentist so I assume that is why I had to wait so long. I was having a permanent cap put in. Your staff is friendly and efficient from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist.
Who wants to go through a Root Canal??? Right, well if you have to have one, then this is the place to go. I have never had a root canal(this is my third)go so quickly and so effortlessly without any pain or discomfort. Dr. Lakeysic is amazing and his staff are top notch! Thank you so much!
