My last 2 visits in a row (just for a cleaning) it takes 2 hours! They don't even really care about how horribly the practice is being managed. They *DO* care about marketing to you services that they 'recommend'. I got 3 marketing calls after my last visit and told them each time that I wasn't interested and please don't call again offering these services.
Be careful folks.... this place is only interested in upselling you procedures that you don't need. I went twice... both times were horrible experiences. I was recommended multiple root canals that turned out were NOT needed. And cavities that needed to be re-filled. More lies. Please, do yourself a favor and find another place.

Just a word about the high turn-over in dentists: I've been going to Gentle Dental for about 2 1/2 years - in that time two dentists have come and gone - and now we're on the THIRD one! Less turnover should result in more consistent dental care! It's disconcerting to have to re-explain past history and get used to a new dentist so frequently.
