It was all ok but sometimes i thought the people got lost in the office
All of my experiences with Dr. Bitar and the entire staff have been excellent. There are a great number of nice people who are always happy and make me feel comfortable at this office. I do believe Dr. Bitar must be a wonderful man to work for, as that is certainly demonstrated by his staff...
Everbody was great on my recent visit. Although, a month ago I tried to make an appt in person and the office door was open and no one around. After 5min. some man left a side door in the hallway and went deeper in the office. I guess he was a worker. I finally gave up after 10 more min. and called for an appt. on a different day.
This was my first visit to this Dentist. It didn't start off good when I had to wait over 40 minutes before getting called in. But after my initial exam and xrays, Dr. Batir took his time explaining his findings, and the Insurance assistant provided a printout of all the recommended procedures and their cost. GREAT FRIENDLY PEOPLE! I am nervous about dentists as they never explain anything to me, but i went to gentle dental and they really made me feel at ease. The receptionists were very friendly and the doctor who saw me explained everything throughly answering all my questions. The manager went over with me and explained all my insurance benefits to me I would highly recommend this to my friends and family!

NOTHING. These people do NOT care about their patients. 2 Hours to get a cleaning? Not just this time, but 6 months ago the SAME experience.
